To Everyone I Owe — A Letter of Accountability and Commitment

To all my creditors, business partners, supporters, and those I’ve had financial dealings with this message is for you. First, I want to start with a sincere and unreserved apology. I understand the weight of being owed, the disappointment of unmet expectations, and the frustration that comes when trust feels broken. I want you to know that your pain is valid, and I do not take it lightly.

Over the last few months, I have been navigating what has easily been the most difficult period of my life — emotionally, mentally, financially, and spiritually. Running a business in challenging economic conditions while managing personal crises created a storm I simply wasn’t prepared for. Things fell apart in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. But I’m not here to offer excuses I’m here to take full responsibility.

I am the sole founder of my businesses, and I alone am accountable for any financial obligations, losses, or debts incurred. Every effort I’m making right now is directed toward repaying what is owed and doing right by every single person who has been affected. I know apologies may not change your current situation, but I want to assure you that I am committed to paying back every single debt.

This is not just a promise it is a priority. I am taking practical steps behind the scenes, including restructuring my business, seeking legal and financial advice, and setting up a clear repayment plan to resolve all outstanding balances as quickly and transparently as possible. Please also know that my family and loved ones are not involved in my business and were not part of the decisions that led to this crisis. I respectfully ask that they be left out of this matter. I remain open to dialogue, and where possible, I would like to reconnect and update each of you personally.

I understand if trust has been shaken but I ask for your patience, your grace, and most importantly, your time, as I work through this. This season is teaching me painful but powerful lessons, and I am choosing to face it with accountability and courage. I will not disappear. I will not give up. And I will not run away from my responsibilities.

Thank you for reading this. And thank you for giving me the space to make things right.

With all sincerity,
Nkechinyere V. Nweze
