A Temporary Pause for a Stronger Return: Closure of Our Nigeria Offices

At Marvgallup Group, transparency and accountability have always been at the core of how we operate. In light of recent financial realities and our commitment to doing right by our stakeholders, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily close our Nigeria offices.

This pause is part of a broader plan to restructure our operations, resolve outstanding debts, and rebuild more sustainably. We believe in owning our journey both the highs and the challenges and this moment calls for honest reflection, strategic planning, and renewed commitment.

“We are not walking away; we are simply taking time to realign, restrategize, and come back stronger with better systems, deeper impact, and renewed purpose.”

We understand the impact this may have on those we serve and work with, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that this decision was not taken lightly. Behind the scenes, we are working tirelessly to settle outstanding obligations and redesign a more efficient, transparent, and people-centered structure.

What This Means
•Our Nigerian operations will be paused temporarily.
•Communication lines remain open for any enquiries or support.
•All pending obligations are being reviewed and scheduled for resolution.
•We will keep our community updated every step of the way.
We are immensely grateful for your patience, trust, and understanding. Every great story has a chapter of rebuilding and this is ours.
We look forward to reopening with a clearer vision, stronger footing, and deeper gratitude for the journey.
Thank you for believing in us.
With sincerity,
Nkechinyere V. Nweze
