Nkechinyere Victoria Nweze

is a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and founder of Marvgallup Holdings, a
dynamic business group committed to innovation and impact across diverse sectors including agriculture, logistics, fashion, media, technology, hospitality, healthcare, education, and e-commerce.

With a B.Eng in Agricultural and Bioresource Engineering and an MSc in International Business and Management, Nkechi is known for integrating sustainable thinking with business growth. Her leadership reflects a deep belief in building purpose-driven systems that serve both people and the planet.

She has successfully led and built multiple businesses under the Marvgallup umbrella, all united by one mission: to create ventures that are not only profitable but also meaningful and lasting. Her work is deeply rooted in elevating people, solving real-world challenges, and crafting brands that inspire trust and transformation.

Outside the boardroom, she leads the Marvgallup Charitable Foundation, a social impact arm focused on restoring dignity, access, and opportunity through community-centered programs:
